Responsibilities

  • Support conversion of target operating models and business processes into epics, user stories, business rules, and other relevant artefacts.
  • Support the development of roadmaps that reflect customer/employee needs/gaps as well as inclusion of foundational technology capabilities and other digital enablers.
  • Improve business processes by analysing current workflows, products, tools, writing require and systems and by identifying and prioritizing solutions that drive process rationalization, reengineering, and organizational alignment.
  • Support delivery of significant improvements in efficiency, marginal cost, customer experience, and service quality for business processes and underlying capabilities
  • Partner with Business Intelligence/Analytics and Customer/User Experience Analytics teams to define and measure metrics/KPIs, with leading indicators clearly identified and attributed to business processes.

Requirements

  • Experienced in end-to-end product process (product requirements gathering, briefing development teams, UAT testing + set up, go to market / launching new products, writing user stories) in an Insurance environment.
  • Excellent Process flow mapping, admin systems, configurations, workflows creation and management.
  • Advanced experienced in excel – mapping multiple, existing + new product line codes.
  • Strong attention to detail and drive.
  • Ability to present and communicate updates to partners.
  • Experience working with third party commercial partners.
  • Great communication skills - Ability to present and communicate updates to partners.
  • Technically minded, quite curious, challenges current ways of working, an ability to provide requirements and distil into timely information.
